It’s far too early for 2026 to unlock all of the secrets it has in store. Nevertheless, I hope it is off to a fine start for all of you - and long may it continue.

The following images were snapped over the Christmas/New Year period, which Shane Jones, our cat Alice and I have been spending in Melbourne, and where we’ll be spending a lot more time in future. The final three views of the Christmas lights were snapped from the banks of the Yarra River, a short walk from our Melbourne apartment.
